Has over four decades of experience in the electrical industry. A qualified Electrical Engineer by education, MV Satyanarayana- MVS, as he is fondly called by team JVS, has wide experience in the industry - be it product development, manufacturing processes or general administration and management.

A National Award winner for Entrepreneurship and contributing for Research and Development, MVS has been a visionary, in terms of making high end technology products in the small scale sector. He is actively associated with industry bodies including COSMA, KASSIA amongst others. Being the founder of JVS Electronics, MVS is a very energetic and enthusiastic person, just by associating with whom the entire TEAM JVS has high morale.

One of MVS's free time activity is working for various social causes, education being the most important of all.

A post graduate in Marketing Management, Ms. Aaryaa, heads the Operations wing of JVS. She manages the marketing and production wings of the organisation. She has keen interest in implementing various new and proven techniques in manufacturing science thereby keeping the shop floor proactive all the time. Traveling, meeting new people and bird watching are activities that interest her other than work.

A post graduate in law, Ms. Anagha Chaitanya, is actively involved in making JVS a great place to work at. Her key responsibilities include desgining HR policies and strategies for the Company Administration and Corporate Affairs Management. In her free time, Ms. Anagha Chaitanya listens to, sings and enjoys Carnatic classical music.

Although an electrical engineer by training, during the formative years of his career, he has worked extensively in the area of design of microprocessors, peripheral & PC interconnect buses, cryptology algorithms. He also has experience in handling complex projects dealing with functional verification of multi-million gate ASICs. Over the years, his interest has shifted to problems in the area of power systems protection, automation and control. Apart from managing technology operations at JVS, he has regularly delivered lectures at colleges and other professional institutions on power system protection and numerical relaying and had the opportunity of chairing a session in an international conference concerning "Smart Grid". He also holds a joint patent in the field of distribution automation concerning distribution transformers. On days when he does not crunch numbers he is a wildlife documentary photographer.
