Return Policy

JVS Electronics Private Limited (JVS) wants you to be 100% satisfied with each encounter you have with us. We understand that it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. In the event that this is necessary, please read the requirements and follow the instructions provided below:


Return Requirements

  1. All returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receipt and completed within 30 calendar days of ship date.
  2. Each returned item must be accompanied with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form.
  3. Some items require resources and customization to meet your requirements at time of order, therefore all returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee at the discretion of JVS
  4. Please have the following information available when requesting a RMA:
    • Invoice Date
    • Invoice Number

Process for returning an item

  1. To obtain an RMA, please contact the representative noted on the packing slip or invoice you received or you may contact customer service at or you may email us at bangalore@jvselectronics.in
  2. Your item must be returned in the original packaging you are responsible for ensuring the item is returned in a safe and undamaged state
  3. You must include a copy of the RMA form within your shipment
  4. Upon receipt, JVS will inspect the items(s) and contact you with any concerns
  5. If there are no concerns, your refund if any, will be processed within 7 days of receipt/inspection
  6. If there are concerns, a representative will contact to discuss and work towards the appropriate solution.
  7. You hereby agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resale or use any portion of the product without express written permission by JVS
  8. Modification to the product and prices
    1. Prices of our products are subject to change without notice
    2. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at anytime.
    3. We shall not be liable to the purchase or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product.

Account Information

We reserve the right to accept / refuse any order placed with us. We may in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limt or prohibit the orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be booked by dealers resellers or distributor.

You hereby agree to provide current, complete and accurate product purchased and account information for all product purchases made online from our website. You agree to promptly update your a/c details and other information, including your email, address & credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that the transactions can happen smoothly.


Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your product must be in the original packaging.
  • Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account.(Bank account details shall be furnished)


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
