Test terminal blocks( Commonly known as TTBs) are used in control panels and switch boards to enable testing of meters and relays in an electrical circuit without physically disconnecting them. Generally, the test terminal blocks enable testing & calibration of devices such as meters, relays etc by authorized persons by simple linking and de-linking of connections without disconnecting of any wires or power connections.
